These terms apply to using bioritam.eu and to buying BioRitam digital products. By buying or creating an account you accept them. Please read them together with the Privacy policy, the Right of withdrawal page and the Medical disclaimer.
Who we are
BioRitam is a brand for education about eating, sleep and light in time with the body clock. The content is created and delivered by:

In these terms “we” means the party above and “you” means the person using the site or buying a product.
Products
- Rhythm Map: a free quiz of about 2 minutes that gives you a 24-hour map with suggestions for meals, light, coffee, training and sleep. The PDF version is emailed to you when you sign up for the newsletter.
- Guide “Fasting by the body clock”: a digital guide (web page, printable PDF and phone calendar) with Orthodox fasting meal plans and meal timing.
- BioRitam 21: a guided 21-day program with a fixed group start date. It includes daily lessons (text or video), a daily rhythm calculated from your wake time, a check-in tracker and weekly answers to participants’ questions, published to everyone as a recorded lesson. The program does not include individual consultations or live one-to-one coaching.
All products are educational. They are not a medical service, diagnosis or treatment.
Account
You need an account to access what you bought. It is created automatically from the email you paid with, and you sign in with a one-time code or with Google or Apple. You are responsible for access to your email. Access is personal: do not share or resell it.
The products are meant for adults.
Buying and payment
You pay on Stripe’s checkout page (Stripe Checkout) by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. The price may be shown and charged in your local currency.
Who the seller is
We use Stripe Managed Payments:
- Customers in the EU, Serbia, the UK, Switzerland and Norway: the merchant of record is Link, a Stripe brand. The purchase is shown as “Sold through Link”. Link calculates and pays VAT, emails you a receipt and invoice (PDF) and provides support for the payment itself. Link’s terms, including the “Sold Through Link Terms”, also apply to that purchase.
- Customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia: we are the seller and are responsible for tax. The invoice is issued in our name. Stripe still processes the payment.
In both cases we are responsible for the product itself: delivering it, matching its description and making sure it works.
Your bank statement shows the purchase as LINK.COM* followed by the seller’s descriptor.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown on product pages and in Stripe Checkout, including VAT where it applies. The price shown at the moment of payment applies.
When the contract is formed
The contract is formed when Stripe confirms a successful payment. You receive a confirmation and invoice by email.
Delivery and access
- Guide: immediately after payment, by email with a personal link. The guide opens in your browser without an account and can be saved as a PDF.
- BioRitam 21: you get access to your account immediately after payment. Lessons unlock day by day from your group’s start date.
- How long access lasts: program lessons stay available for 12 months from your group’s start date; the guide is available for 12 months from purchase, and any PDF you saved stays yours.
If access does not work, write to kontakt@bioritam.eu and we will fix it or refund you.
Right of withdrawal and guarantee
As a consumer in the EU or Serbia you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. For digital content this right ends once delivery starts, if at checkout you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.
BioRitam 21 also comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Refunds and payment disputes
- You can ask us for a refund by email or, for “Sold through Link” purchases, through Link support: support.link.com.
- Link decides requests case by case and can issue a refund itself within 60 days of purchase. If Link’s policy is more favourable to you than ours, Link’s policy applies.
- After a refund, access to the product ends.
- Stripe handles payment disputes (chargebacks). Please contact us before opening one, since most problems are solved faster directly.
Copyright and permitted use
All texts, lessons, videos, graphics, recipes and PDF guides are protected by copyright. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence for non-commercial use. You may not:
- share login details or downloaded files,
- publish, sell or publicly show the content,
- capture video lessons with recording tools or bulk-download content.
If you break these rules we may end your access without a refund.
Participant questions
We may answer questions you send during the program in the weekly recorded lesson that all participants see. We publish the question without your name or details that could identify you. Please do not send us medical records; we do not answer questions about diagnoses or medication and will refer you to a doctor.
Health
BioRitam content is educational and does not replace a doctor’s advice. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet, meal timing or fasting, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or an eating disorder, or take medication. See the Medical disclaimer.
Conformity and complaints
We are responsible for digital content matching its description and working as stated, in line with consumer protection law. If something does not work or is not as described, write to kontakt@bioritam.eu. We reply to complaints within 8 days and resolve them within 15 days of receipt at the latest, by fixing the problem, delivering again or refunding you.
Liability
We work to keep the content accurate and sourced, but we do not guarantee a particular result, because results depend on your health and habits. We are not liable for harm caused by using the content against the Medical disclaimer.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life or health, or any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
Changes to the site and terms
We may change the site and free content. Purchased products are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase. We email account holders about material changes to these terms.
Governing law and disputes
Governing law: the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and can bring proceedings in its courts.
Before going to court, please email us and we will try to settle the dispute by agreement. Consumers in Serbia can also use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before a body on the list kept by the ministry responsible for trade.
