Sales and payment
Sales to customers in the EU, Serbia, the UK, Switzerland and Norway are made by Link, a Stripe brand, as merchant of record, through Stripe Managed Payments. Invoices for these purchases are issued as “Sold through Link”. For customers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia, the seller is the service provider named above.
Tax status of the service provider: Cortex LLC is registered in the United States and is not registered for VAT in the EU or in Serbia. For purchases shown as “Sold through Link”, Link calculates and pays the VAT.
