This page explains your right to withdraw from a distance contract under EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights and the Serbian Consumer Protection Law, and our guarantee for the BioRitam 21 program.
The 14-day period
As a consumer you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day the contract was made, without giving a reason.
Exception for digital content
The guide and the program are digital content not supplied on a physical medium. For such content the right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts, if before paying you:
- expressly agreed that delivery may start immediately, before the 14 days are over, and
- acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Both are separate, unticked boxes on the checkout page. We confirm your consent by email together with your purchase confirmation.
- Guide “Fasting by the body clock”: delivery starts when you receive the email with your personal link to the guide, immediately after payment.
- BioRitam 21: delivery starts when you get access to the program account, immediately after payment. The guarantee below also applies to this program.
If you did not give both consents, you keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal.
Link’s terms
Purchases shown as “Sold through Link” (customers in the EU, Serbia, the UK, Switzerland and Norway) are also covered by Link’s terms. Under them, consumers in the EU and the UK may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving access to the product by contacting Link support and giving “cooling off period” as the reason. If Link’s terms give you a broader right than the one described here, Link’s terms apply.
Money-back guarantee for BioRitam 21
If the program is not right for you, we refund the full amount if you ask any time from purchase until 14 days after your group starts. You do not have to give a reason. After the refund, access to the program ends.
The guarantee applies to BioRitam 21 and does not affect your statutory rights.
How to withdraw or ask for a refund
Send us a clear statement, for example by email to kontakt@bioritam.eu. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Include the email you paid with and the product.
For “Sold through Link” purchases you can also send the request to Link support: support.link.com.
You meet the deadline if you send your statement before it expires.
Refunds
We refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your statement. The refund goes to the payment method you used, through Stripe, at no cost to you. It includes any VAT you paid. Your bank may need a few more working days to show the money.
